What are your delivery options and timeframes?
We provide nationwide delivery across the UK. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery progress.
How do I accurately measure my room for a new carpet?
Measure the widest and longest points of your room, including any doorways or recessed areas. We recommend adding 10cm to both the length and width to allow for cutting and trimming during installation.
What is your return policy for cut-to-size carpets?
Because carpets are cut to your specific dimensions, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged. We strongly advise ordering a free sample before purchasing to ensure you are happy with the color and texture.
