At Online Carpets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new flooring. If your selection isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

  Package Your Carpet

  Ensure the carpet is unused, in its original condition, and securely wrapped in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Arrange Collection

  Schedule a convenient pickup time with our specialized flooring couriers or drop off your package at an authorized regional depot.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
